This Assessment was conducted to verify that there was
sufficient stockpiled topsoil available to reclaim the surface
disturbed during mining operations.
Stipulation 26 of the State Permit to Mine stated that
unless 18 inches of suitable topsoil was available for
revegetation, a soil handling plan had to be developed. The
enclosed assessment indicates that there is sufficient topsoil
to reclaim all of the disturbed areas at the mine site with at
least 18 inches of soil.
If you need any other information, please do not hesitate
to contact Rockv Bowman at 929-5015 or myself at 293-7949.
Sincerely,
~~
Paige ~.
