U.S. Steel shall submit a study of noise levels, noise sources, and <br />methods that could be used to mitigate noise impacts at the proposed <br />Somerset ventilation fan along Hubbard Creek prior to the construction of <br />the facilit}•. The study shall be conducted in consultation with the U.S. <br />Forest Service (USFS), OSM and the Division. U.S. Steel shall implement <br />noise abatemen[ measures that are recommended in the study and in <br />consultation with the USFS, OSM and the Division within 90 days after the <br />completion of the fan facilit}•. <br />2. Visual impacts associated with the construction of the Hubbard Creek <br />ventilation fan facility and future above-ground structures shall be <br />mitigated in the following manner: <br />a) A11 structures shall be colored, painted, covered or finished in a <br />natural color, whenever it will not violate any safety requirements <br />of any government oz governmental agency.
