A time frame of completion for this phase is approximately four (4) weeks
however, depending on ground conditions or interest in equipment from outside parties, this
completion date may be extended. Upon completion of removing mine equipment, and when
ground conditions allow, Bear Coal's shall begin sealing the three existing portals.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this submittal please feel free to contact
me at anytime at (9071929-5775.
Sincerely;
~~~~~2~
Basil R.
