Box 591, Somerset, Colorado 81434, herein called Grantee, and GRAND MESA PROPERTIES COMPANY, having a mailing address of 743 Horizon Court, Suite ZOS, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501, herein called Grantor. _ IN CONSIDERATION of $1,000.00 and the mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows: 1. Grantor hereby grants to Grantee access to the following described premises (the "Premises") for the purpose of rehabilitating and using for explora{.ion, drilling, and hydrology monitoring purposes, existing reclaimed drilling roads and drill pads subject to the terms and conditions hereof, A drill road and pad located in the SW 1/4 Section 20,, Township 13 South, Range 90 West, 6th PM, the road beginning at a point approximately 2,700 feet east of the Southwest corner of Section 20 on the south section line and proceeding in a northwesterly direction a distance of approximately 3,025 feet to an existing drill pad. A drill road located in thc~ SE 1/4, SE 1/4 of Section 17, Township 13 South, Range 90 West, 6th PM and continuing to a drill road and pad in the NE 1/4, NE 1/4 Section 20, Township 13 South, Range 90 West 6th PM; beginning at a point off the Apache Rock road and .continuing in a southwesterly direction approximately 800 feet to an existing drill pad. 2.
