Ceoi. of i ~ai~r~i r sc~_rc!~e <br />Enclosed is a signed copy of the Orchard Valley Mine permit #CO-0012 <br />which Colorado Westmoreland Inc. (CWI) accepts with the following correc- <br />tions made to the documents. <br />1) The correct number of the State permit issued on April 20, 1983 is <br />C-038-83. This was corrected on pages 1, 2, and 4 of the permit, <br />2) In section 2 of the permit (page 1), the description which reads, <br />"T 135, R 91W, 6th P.M., Sec. 18..., NW 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4" <br />was corrected to, "T 135, R 91 W, 6th P.M., Sec. 18..., NW 1/4 SE <br />1/4 SE 1/4". <br />Also enclosed is a copy of CWI's reclamation bond for State permit <br />#C-038-83 in the amount of $1,116,500.00 payable to both the State of <br />Colorado and the United States of America as requested in permit #CO-0012. <br />A]so to comply with Section 10 of the permit, the following are the names <br />addresses, and telephone numbers of persons to whom permit notices and <br />orders are to be delivered. <br />1) Kathleen A.
