Topsoil
stockpile C was constructed, as designed, with 2:1 side slopes. These slopes
should be stable once a vegetative cover is established on them. Topsoil stockpile
A is still an active topsoil dump and therefore will not be seeded this fall. This
stockpile will be seeded as soon as possible after dumping has been completed.
As mentioned in my letter dated November 24, 1982, all perimeter signs were
placed at the loadout on November 22.
I hope this letter has clarified the issues addressed in the latest inspection
report.
Sincerely,
Kay am
Resour a Manager
