Our Mid-Term <br />Report is provided herein. <br />The Division has identified some minor administrative items that will require a minor revision to <br />the permit for the purposes of bringing the permit into compliance with the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act and its associated Regulations.
