J. Iuppa and eons (Jim & Jerry) feel the <br />DIVISION has taken it upon itself to decide the future of our <br />property, without any input from ua whatsoever. To date, we have <br />received no correspondence about any actions taken by the DIVISION; <br />actions that have had and will have a great effect our property. <br />This property hoe been in our families for over 50 years. We find <br />it hard to believe that we have no say so in the future of this <br />property, dust because it wee mined for coal. We are still the <br />taxpayers end the owners. <br />This letter was prompted by the recent destruction of concrete <br />slabs which we had asked be left. Our concern ie how many more <br />structures will also be destroyed that we have requested be left <br />for future use. <br />We requested that the following facilities he left, as is <br />referenced by p482R (Enclosure #1): <br />1. Sediment pond <br />2. Prep Plant walls and foundation <br />3. 3-bay roofed concrete structure, ad~ecent to prep plant <br />4. Shop Building <br />5. Access road <br />6. Pond light use road <br />7. Water tank (water wells, pipelines, related equipment) <br />8. Garage and Office concrete pads (2) <br />9. Starkville Gulch Diversion Culvert (675 ft.) <br />10. Water wells, pumps, pump house, pipeline, end related <br />equipment. <br />We would like to give a brief reason why we feel each of the <br />facilities should remain. Should it be necessary, a more detailed <br />explanation could he given. The following reasons are all based <br />upon a post mining use of "range land" ae hoe been set by the <br />
