We are now in <br />receipt of a Creditor list and, as evidenced by the attached <br />Certificate of Mailing, have mailed our previously filed <br />Motion and Notice of Hearing to the listed Creditors. <br />It 'is my understanding, as represented to me by David <br />Kerr, who represents Fireman's Fund, that the creditors com- <br />mittee will not oppose our motion. In order to preserve our <br />hearing date of April 10, 1991, which date has also been <br />assigned for hearing on the Debtor's Motion for Relief from <br />Stay, I would like to commence the required time for response <br />by creditors now getting the motion, to run from the date of <br />the Amended Certificate of Mailing, preserve the hearing date <br />of April 10, and if necessary, have an order enter retro- <br />actively. <br />Please let me know if we need to set up a new hearing <br />date.
