The enclosed log completely
explains the destruction of our water aquifers down to 615 feet.
Basin knew all the time why we have lost our water and the lies, deceit and
dishonesty dragged out the fact finding process for several years. Please address
specifically what is going to be done to repair and restore our water and acquifers.
Basin has access to the site. I had the same concern about a bond as DMG
because I have a judgment dated December 19, 2002, Cause number O1CV26 in the
amount of SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($622,000.00)
which remains unpaid.
Please note that the log famished is dated 1989, or fourteen (14) years ago. Will
your agency be running a calculation on the amount of water lost during this time? Is this
___lhe_fust time in fourteen (14) years that DMG requested or received documentation about
this shaft?
Very truly yours,
Ji Tatum
JT/ah
Cc: Bill Bianco
129 North Commercial Street Trinidad, Colorado 81082
