Maxwell, LLC provide the State of Colorado Division of <br />Minerals & Geology with a substitute bond for the above captioned Frontier Insurance Company bond within <br />thirty (30) days of your receipt of [his letter. Effective May 31, 2000, the U.S. Treasury Department <br />terminated Frontier Insurance Company's certificate of authority. <br />Since Frontier Insurance Company is no longer listed in Circular 570 as being authorized by the U.S. <br />Treasury, your Frontier Insurance Company bond should be replaced with a surety bond from an authorized <br />surety or replaced by another allowable bonding instrument such as a letter of credit, certificate(s) of deposit, <br />etc. Until A.P.
