WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED AS FOLLOWS :
I . That the Plaintiff is owner in fee simple, and is
entitled to the quiet and peaceful possession of the following
real property situate in the County of Pueblo, State of Colorado:

of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section
