We have received inquiries from adjacent landowners, concerned with the faa that no <br />mining permit is in physical evidence on site, and that existing environmental safeguards may not be <br />sufi"icient to protect the watershed [hat they share with the operation. As the owner of the Hallenbeck <br />Ranch, adjacent to and immediately downstream of the venture, we share that concern, and wish to <br />confirm that the operation is in compliance with State regulations, and [hat necessary environmental <br />safeguards and reclamation plans are in place to protect our interests. <br />Please contact either me if you need further information.
