Long <br />Division Direcror <br />RE: Identification of Interest for Western Fuels- Utah Permit <br />#C-81-018 <br />I recently received a letter from the OSM Applicant/Violator Branch <br />of Program Support regarding Colorado entities that do not have an <br />OFT (Organizational Family Tree). On the list of operators/owners <br />that do not have an OFT are Deseret Generation and Transmission <br />Cooperative, shareholder of Western Fuels- Utah Inc. <br />As you may recall, I pulled the identification of interest section <br />of the Deserado Permit to investigate the matter. Deseret <br />Generation and Transmission Cooperative is listed as a major <br />shareholder of Western Fuels- Utah Inc. Because they are such a <br />large shareholder in the company, we need to have the <br />owners/controllers in the permit and in AVS.
