This report was prepared by Greystorie following discussions with Tony Waldron during the summer <br />of 1994 about the extent of interim reclamation monitoring required as part of Technical Revision 37 for both <br />mines. These revisions had been submitted in April, 1994, in response tosdpulatioas associated with the <br />permit renewals. Delays on review of the Technical Revisions resulted;in.samphng in late September. (Basin <br />did not receive written adequaq reviews until November 22, 1994.) ~ While September sampling is not ideal, <br />the Basin mines received almost 8' of rain in August, the site was given and seed heads were still present <br />Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions. <br />Sincerel(y/,~~ ~ <br />Catherine W.
