We are encountering a considerable amount of topsoil and are
planning to use the amount we do not need for reclamation on the remaining 800 acres of the ranch.
This material will be incorporated into an off-site hillside adjacent to the west side of the
permitted area, against the toe of a 60' slope. We wih protect against runoff with a sift fence and seed
this stockpile as soon as practicable- We anticipate moving this material in the near future as the
ranch development progresses. [t is our understanding that this operation does not violate any
conditions of the n$rfrtii'.
have any questions,
i'l//
please feel free to call.
R. A.
