Long <br />Division Direcor <br />This is a report of findings and a request for information as a result of an internal review of the <br />Grassy Gap Number 1, C-81-039 Applicant Violator System (AVS) databank and internal files. In <br />this memo, requests for documentation means letters of appointment, letters of resignation, minutes <br />of board meetings, etc. <br />Attachment 1 is a schematic of organizations that "owns or controls" the applicant according to <br />information in the AVS databank. <br />Attachment 2 is the AVS information regarding the Rockcastle Co. There aze a number of blanks <br />in the AVS information.
