The original access road to the house was <br />vacated to allow gravel extraction. An old driveway to the East then became the driveway for the <br />old house. The vacated road end the driveway to the East merged together on top of the hill to <br />the South of the gravel pit. The old roadbed is still visible on top of the hill until it reaches the <br />point where it has been removed by gravel excavation. <br />Mr Pierson~a~~a35cu ieai i•it from the private driveway on rite last Side of tfie-ptt apparerifly to <br />visit the vacant house just to the South of the pit On his way North back to the County Road he <br />apparently missed the driveway veering to the East and continued traveling North on the old <br />vacated road bed where he went over the 17' highwall and into the pit. <br />If you have any question or need more information call me at 970-323-5587 <br />Thank you very much for your cooperation <br />Sherman Taylor, .dv~ ~~ <br /> <br />
