This
summer, Mr. Congdon began blasting on a dolly basis. The blasting caused cracks on
the walls of my living area I'm very concerned of course, that when he continues
blasting in spring and summer, serious damages to the foundation of my house will
occur. Also, the blasting may pose a threa[ to the acquifer and our community well
system-oat to mention dangers of rockslides since we are in an avnlanche area as zoned
by Pitkin County.
I would appreciate your department looking into this very serious sileration .since ! m not
the only house affected
Very sincere/ly,-
_ 4--~~-
nata Scheder
r'"'"`~ National Minerals Training Office
Missoula, Montana
ter„ 406-329-3575
5~-e-ue,- -~rwrr~-cLc~u.~ -~{~-~-a> .
be-~1-e~,~ -~ar~ c-o-n,~,~eQai.~Y'-o-,J-
c~ (o~ (~ ire. ~-w~~- C~•~~ °,.~
lS (,,~o4~,v~cJ i~v`#fl `~'t'i_2_ (~a.e - J o__.
~OQv1ti ~t u.a~¢- (.(n S{-[aeQ °~ °CX-~ZoS(`ves,
~ SoPr~ s R ~ ~
Excellence in Training (Q
q ~3 - 2-~-
FS RECEIVED R2
Ii OEI
L~ ~ _~
PHYSICAL RESOURCES
