Specifically it is spraying of the cut and
fill slopes of approximately 5.5 miles of road, both sides. The
scope of the project is defined as follows:
Beginning at the main gate along County road #27, proceeding to the
Pit 4 road, extending to and across the Pond 4 embankment. It also
continues from the turn to Pit4 on the main road, past the oil well
site and continues to and across Pond 5 embankment. These roads
are identified on the map provided at the pre-bid meeting at the
site. ( no change from the pre-bid meeting)
The Division is proceeding by securing a purchase order. Once we
have the purchase order we will contact you to arrange the work. I
estimate no more than 7-10 days to get a purchase order.
Thank you for your participation and we look forward to working
with you. Should you have questions, please call me at the above
number.
Sine re y
Ken A. Gorham
Environmental Protection Specialist
