Mne 81991 <br />d <br />y ~'at~o~ n,~a <br />Enclosed please find copies of the site approval letter and the <br />discharge permit with a flow schematic from the Colorado Department of <br />Health pertaining to our master sewer plans and the gravel pit. <br />I have indicated the pit location in respect to the existing treatment <br />facilities, as you will. see the pit is an integral part of the process. <br />Discharge flows from the facility must pass through the gravel pit to <br />reach the receiving stream. Once the mining operation is completed, <br />and the reclamation of the slopes done, the conduit under the Wommer <br />ditch will be closecl which will raise the level of the pit to a <br />satisfactory point. <br />I have also enclosed a copy of our last inspection report from the <br />Colorado Department of Health. As noted we are inspected on an annual <br />basis, as you can see, no deficiencies were noted at the time of <br />inspection. <br />I trust this informaltion will provide you the necessary pieces to <br />complete this process.
