Conger of GEOLOGICAL SERVICES, <br />711 Hartman Road, Cortez, CO 81321, (970) 565-8394 as an agent of MESA SANDSTONE, I.LC to <br />represent us in all matters regazding permitting, revisions, amendments, and site inspections for our <br />Construction Materials Regular Operations Reclamation Permit N°- M 2006-009, known as the <br />Hindmarsh Sandstone Quarry. Mr. Conger was designated our permitting contact on Page 3 of <br />the original Permit application. <br />We got your message that scheduling for the 10-11 January Formal Hearing before the Board for <br />consideration of a possible violation is not possible. Waiving the Rule 3.3.2 (1) requirement for the <br />Office to deliver 30-Day notice of the Board hearing is now not necessary. February 14 would not <br />work for our schedule either, so we would prefer the March meeting for our heazing, if possible, and <br />will await your notice. <br />We wish to address at the same hearing, per Rule 1.4.11 Administrative Appeal, the disputed <br />question of whether a technical revision is appropriate for making the boundary revisions requested <br />earlier.
