A <br />Technical Data sheet on the "Retain" product is enclosed for your <br />information and files. <br />Terror Creek Company hereby proposes a test application be <br />performed on the drive area of the coal pad to determine if <br />"Retain" is acceptable ae to performance and durability. <br />It has been the demonstrated desire of Terror Creek Company <br />to work with the Division on the possible dust problem.
