A number of the responses were discussed briefly with Eldon Strid o_' <br />ACZ at that time: I indicated that some additional clarification and detail <br />would probably be required on certain responses, and those concerns are fully <br />addressed below. <br />Stimulation No. I <br />Two major concerns exist t,•ith respect to approving the sediment control sustem <br />as submitted in response to Stipulation n'o. _'. <br />First, very little detail is provided on the system of floccular,t introduction. <br />The sustem should be automated and metered. The sustem should employ a miring <br />chamber. The small filter dam basins could serve this purpose. Below are <br />listed those items the Division generally requests in evaluating the lesion o_° <br />treatment systems t,•hich Bear has not addressed: <br />I.
