Depi. of tJalutel Resou~ce~ <br />This letter is written to inform you that it is my wish thaC the <br />existing haul road, bridge over the Yampa River, shop building, and Sun Coal <br />office trailer located on my property, constructed or installed by Sun Coal <br />Company, Inc., remain on my property as they now are upon the expiration or <br />teraination of the May 15, 1975 Amended and Restated Coal Mining Lease ("the <br />Lease"), pursuant to the terms thereof. It is my further wish that these <br />facilities and structures not be reclaimed in any manner upon final cessation of <br />all mining operations as authori2ed by the terms of the Lease.
