SCC is pleased to nominate the <br />Seneca II Mine in Category 5, "Successful Use of Innovative Mining or <br />Reclamation Techniques", for the native shrub re-establishment program. <br />The enclosed nomination package consists of the original document in a loose- <br />leaf folder and five copies for use by the judges as requested in the call-for- <br />nominations brochure. As I understand the process, the primacy state agency <br />screens the nominations and then submits a maximum of four to OSMRE field <br />office for consideration for the national award.
