Long <br />Division Director <br />RE: TDN #93-020-370-005, Golden Eagle Mine, Permit No. C-81-013, <br />Basin Resources, Inc. <br />Dear Mr. Tatum: <br />The Division has received your letter, dated July 12, 1994, stating <br />that you now believe that there is at least 40 feet of water in <br />your windmill well and that, at this point, you also believe that <br />the windmill well had not been harmed by the drilling of the <br />exhaust air shaft. The Division thanks you for the submittal of <br />this letter and in being present on July 11, 1994 for the well <br />probe test. <br />Enclosed is the Division's field inspection report for the week of <br />July 11, 1994.
