Howard Carson <br />1300 South Yale Street <br />Flagstaff, Arizona 86001 <br />Withdrawal of Request for Approval of Coal <br />Lease Relinquishments Accepted <br />;~-~ <br />JUN 1 0 1998 <br />On February 24, 1998, Seneca Coal Company filed requests for approval <br />of relinquishments for the above referenced coal leases. <br />Subsequently, on May 4, 1998, Seneca Coal Company filed a withdrawal <br />of the requests for approval of relinquishments for C-0114093, <br />C-081251, C-081258 and C-088199. The withdrawal of the requests for <br />approval of relinquishments is accepted effective May 4, 1998, the <br />date of filing. <br />The request for approval of relinquishment of coal lease C-19885 will <br />continue to be processed, as requested by Seneca Coal Company.
