We also entered into an agrel3nent to sell all of the <br />property located south of the center line of the St. Vrain River to Weld <br />County. The area involves 94 acres. The rsnainder of the property north <br />of the St. Vrain River is retained by Siegrist Construction Co. through our <br />affiliates congaany, Construction Leasing Investment Co., 7000 York Street, <br />Denver, Colorado 80229. <br />It is our intention to eventually build a bridge across the St. Vrain River <br />in order to gain access to the south. In addition, we feel that northerly <br />access is advisable and, therefore, have entered into an agreement with <br />Mr. Conrad Hopp to purchase aright-of-way of approximately 1/4 of a mile <br />by 60 ft. wide which will run fran County Read 28 southerly to our north <br />property line. 5~7e are in the process of designing the roadway and hope to <br />start construction soon. The road will also be used by an oil ca~any to <br />provide access to the property regarding oil and mineral rights.
