Cattany <br />Division Director <br />NaNral Resource Trustee <br />We have a completed a midterm review of the Seneca II Mine permit, as required by Rule <br />2.08.3(1). Division staff reviewed and reevaluated the currently approved permit application <br />package, previous "Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance" documents, permit <br />stipulations, revisions to the permit, variances and approvals, and inspection and monitoring <br />reports. The enclosed document is a summary of the Divison's findings as a result of this review. <br />Based on our review, the Division is requiring a revision to the Seneca II Mine permit to <br />adequately address concerns identified in Section V of the document.
