Rd. ~ 27 Division Direaar <br />Oak Creek, CO. 80467 <br />RE: AFO Request, Insurance Certificate, Permits C-81-071, C-84- <br />062, C-82-056 <br />Dear Mr. Mills: <br />The Division recently received the attached correspondence from the <br />Albuquerque Field Office with regard to the insurance certificate <br />for each of the Cyprus Twentymile Park coal operations. <br />They have interpreted Colorado regulations to require that the <br />permit application on file at the Albuquerque office have an up-to- <br />date copy of the insurance certificate included with this <br />application. <br />Therefore, please immediately forward a copy of the current <br />liability insurance certificate to them for the three Cyprus <br />Twentymile Park operations. <br />Thank you for your cooperation.
