Fred Banta and Mike Long, of
Mined Land Reclamation Division (NERD). These discussions began
with a meeting on December 1, 1987. Presently we are waiting for
MLRD to indicate the feasibility of using the certificates of
deposit securing the bond for reclamation. When we have re-
ceived the Division's comments on reclamation options we will be
able to respond more completely to your letter. Due to the
complexity of the issue we are not sure if a response will be
received by December 18, 1987.
Raiser will also continue to work with parties interested in
purchasing the property.
We will keep you informed of our progress and look forward to
working with you on this matter. if you should have any
questions please feel free to call me.
Sincerely,
William P.
