Based on our telephone discussion, I faxed to your office in Houston on December 8, a copy of all <br />permits within the Division relating to these two locations (#84LA074F-1; #84LA074F-2; #84LA300-2F; <br />#84LA300-I; #88LA137-I; #88LA137-2; #91LA971; and #89LA200). <br />1 am attaching a copy of the last inspection report regarding the July 14, 1994 inspection conducted by Division <br />personnel. As you can see both sources were considered incompliance at the time of the inspection.
