Cottony
Division Director
Natural Resource Trustee
Please find enclosed the 2004 DMG Vegetation Sampling Report for the Rimrock Mine.
Based on sampling results from 2003 and 2004, it appears that the site has achieved
revegetation standards in two consecutive years and could be considered for a final Phase III
bond release.
For the Division to consider a final bond release for the site, you will need to file a bond
release application. Please refer to Rule 3.03 of the Rules governing coal mining for the
criteria, procedures, and contents of a bond release application.
If you have questions, please call me.
Since ely, ~
Ke t A.
