National King Coal will submit in
the form of a minor revision ..... a final reclamation phase seed
mixture which includes both warm and cool season grasses..... which
shall comply with applicable portions of rules 4.15.2 and 4.15.8".
Upon reviewing rules 4.15.2 and 4.15.8, we can find no reference
to warm and cool season grasses as stipulated. Our consultant Fred
Johnson contacted you regarding this, and on August 9, you informed
him that you would send us a recommended seed mix "next week". To
date we have received nothing from you office regarding this.
It is our position that we are already in compliance with rules,
and as the 60 day time period is fast approaching, I would greatly
appreciate hearing from you.
Yours truly,
i ; ~ ~-
LC ry R.
