I've also included a list of the people who live or own <br />buildings or structures within the notification area. To-date, all with the exception of <br />the Reeder's and Garrett's, have waived their right to notification. Those that have <br />waived their right have done so by either a letter back to me for forvarding to you or <br />by voice with tlTe promise of sending a letter to you. <br />For my records, could you please send us a copy of the waiver fetters you have <br />received directly from the affected people.
