OSI•i ;rill be unable to complete its processing of biological <br />assessment of the proposed Federal action until this information is <br />provided and evaluated. This biological assessment is needed to complete <br />consultation with the U. S. Fish and `dildlife Service (FWS) as required <br />by the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended.
