Bischoff:
December 30, 1981
As required by the Seneca II CP1LR inspection report dated December 2, 1981,
Seneca Coals, Ltd. hereby submits the following:
0
1. Five copies of Exhibit 12-1a, Light-Use Road Plan
and Profile.
2. Five copies of calculations for the culverts to be
installed.
The only additional construction proposed besides the culverts would be the
installation of a road ditch as noted on the plan.
The following should also be noted regarding the road:

1. Generally, the only vehicle to use the road will be
mine pick-up trucks for monitoring and maintenance
of Sediment Pond H004.
2. The road was constructed years ago for use by the
drilling crew.
3. The road will eventually be mined and reclaimed.
lJe feel that with this submission, and given the fact that the road is
existing, we have Inet all the requirements of Section 4.03.3 Light Use
Roads of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board
for Coal Mining.
0
