Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division is in receipt of your request for extension of the above referenced stipulation. <br />Your letter referred to Stipulation 38, but we assume that you intended to request extension <br />for submittal of information specified by Stipulation 36. Stipulation 38 was previously <br />resolved, and the map Exhibit 20-1A update referenced in your letter is the subject of <br />Stipulation 36. <br />Tha Division hereby grants your request for extension of the submittal deadline. We are <br />specifically extending the deadline to June 1, 2005. The stipulation as amended is as <br />follows: <br />STIPULATION 36 <br />A PROPERLY CERTIFIED AND AMENDED EXHIBIT 20-1A WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE <br />DIVISION AS PART OF A COMPLETE TECHNICAL REVISION APPLICATION, BY JUNE 1, <br />2005.
