Box 275 II I I IIIII I II IIII III
Hayden, CO 81639 999
RF~Eiv~n
MAY ~ 51993
~~~~Sia~ o~ ~~ ne,aV d
"eo~i)gY
As an adjacent landowner to the Hayden Gulch Loadoul in Routt County, I believe that my family
and myself will be adversely affected by your decision to grant them a perm it for operation.
Please take into consideration these reasons before issuing this permit.
Our residence is in Section 13 Township 6N Range 88W. The noise at night is most disturbing.
In the past, the trains block the county road while loading, which is unacceptable. The coal dust
is the most destructive; it melts the snow all around the tipple and onto our property. The
fourth issue is the trash that is left; oil jugs, parts, etc. were left at the crossings after the
repairs were made.
Please contact me if there is a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board, as I
would be happy to express my opinions in person. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
iC.-ff1L ~IQ.C-Q.A-6~-
Ron Nereson
