As you pointed out, there were dlscrepancles between the landscaping <br />map and the site plan map. For this reason I have dnelded not to Issue a <br />violation for not following your mine plan. To correct this. a technical <br />revision should Include any changes In drainage to the sediment ponds. pro- •• <br />tectlon of the topsoil stockpiles fras mining operations and contamination, ,•;.•... <br />and other pertinent Information. <br />I would like to es+phasize that sediment ponds end their accompanying drainage <br />systems must be constructed before any other dlsturbanca when a new area Is <br />to be disturbed. This must be considered when construction starts on the truck ' <br />lump site.
