Wyoming Fuel also stated that they would use state-
of-the art devices to silence the fans at the time they prcposed to build
their structure. According to their latest responses under oath, they
have not installed anything to curtail noise.
On the water well and damage to our adobe buildings, my concerns
about this type of damage was expressed in writing before they started on
the shaft. They represented to me in writing that they would inspect our
adobe buildings and carefully monitor subsidence damage. To my Ycnowledge
this has nut been done.
I do not have a map showing the location of the well but it is a
short distance southeast of the shaft. The well has a historic use
,history of many years using a windmill to produce stock water, it will Rot
do this now.
Ene:iused is a ccpy of the legal de::criptiun of our property.
Please advise.
Very truly yours,
JIM TATUM AND A530CIATES
J'n Tatum
JT\dbl
enclosure
