I <br />neglected to attach the form to our August 9, 1999 submittal of a S[ormwater Management Plan. Long <br />Division Director <br />The attached permit application addresses sediment pond reclamation activities only, and addresses most of <br />the sediment ponds located at the Coal Basin Mine. <br />As you may know, the Division currently holds a Stormwa[er permit for the reclamation construction area <br />located near the confluence of Coal and Dutch Creeks.
