Abel, Jr. The design follows the same technical analytical
methodology utilized by Mr. Abel for the three American Tunnel bulkheads and other bulkheads
designed for Sunnyside Gold Corporation for the Sunnyside mine. The design is based on a field
inspection of the proposed site by Mr. Abel, Mr. Larry Perino of Sunnyside Gold and myself. We
believe the proposed location of the bulkhead represents the best opportunity to curtail drainage from the
Mogul mine. We would appreciate the Divisions review and approval of the design as soon as possible
so that construction can be completed during the current season.
We have submitted a second copy of the design to Mr. Wallace Erickson of the Colorado
Division of Minerals and Geology for their review and approval.
We look forward to working with the Division on this project.
Resp ctfu y,
.Q ~'--
Step en C.
