I provide the following comments to technical questions or requests for <br />information included within the two letters. <br />Letter of May 24, 1995 <br />(1) Mrs. Tatum requests "copies of the study protocols from all parties who were <br />present at the last two on-site investigations", which I assume to be the visits <br />of May 5th with Dr. Kohli and May 19th with Dr. Craft. Mrs. Tatum already has <br />my general discussion of subsidence study protocol, contained in a memo to <br />you dated February 14, 1995. This discussion is applicable to my protocol for <br />both of these visits to the Tatum residence. <br />(2) Mrs. Tatum also requests my resume. I have attached my updated Curriculum <br />Vitae' for her information. <br />(3) Mrs. Tatum requests that we provide her with the angle of draw of the coal bed <br />underlying her property. As Mrs. Tatum is aware, Basin Resources has yet to <br />complete a definitive determination of the angle of draw at the Golden Eagle <br />mine. I offer the following observations for her information, all of which are <br />restatements of earlier information provided by myself and other professionals <br />who have previously responded to her requests concerning the angle of draw. <br />
