First, the <br />February 1, 1983, date is acceptable for the annual hydrologic report and <br />the data and analysis of the movement of total dissolved solids from the <br />spoils to the alluvium. <br />Secondly, the deadline for riprapping the emergency spillway will be <br />extended to the spring of 1983.
