In this letter Mr. Tatum stated that, in a sworn deposition by you, it was
revealed that there are two "previously denied bench marks" for subsidence checks just south of
the Tatum residence.
The Division would like to know if there are subsidence markers just south of the Tatum residence.
If so, the Division requests that Basin Resources submit any data from any subsidence markers
south of the Tatum residence, along with a map showing the markers' locations.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
d ~{~~.~,
Joseph J.
