BEN'TON TO MODIFICATIONS TO DSODIFIED FIRST AMENDED PLAN OF REORGANfIZATION FOR THE JOINTLY ADMINISTERED DEBTORS Oren L. Benton ("Benton") as co-proponent of the First Amended Plan of Reorganization For the Jointly Administered Debtors (the "Plan"), hereby submits the following Supplemental Modifications to Plan (the "Supplemental Modifications") and hereby joir.~s in the Modifications to Modified First Amended Plan of Reorganization for the Jointly Administered Debtors submitted by the Official Creditors Committee of CSI Enterprises, Inc. and Jointly Administered Debtors (the "Committee Plan Modifications"}. In support of this action, Benton states to the Court as follows: Section 1127 of the Bankruptcy Code provides that a plan of reorganization can be modified at any time prior to confirmation so long as the plan, as modified, meets the requirements of Section 1122 and 1123. Benton submits that the Supplemental Modifications proposed herein meet the requirements of Section 1122 and 1123. The Committee, as proponent of the Plan, has agreed to the Supplemental Modifications. Further, Benton supports the Committee Plan Modifications as modified by the Supplemental Modifications.
