Wadlington for <br />a transfer of an exploratory hole on his property to a water well. <br />Mr. Wadlington has received a well permit (#188684) from the State <br />Engineer. Prior to requesting approval for this transfer from the <br />State Engineer, the Division requires a letter from both parties <br />jointly requesting approval of the transfer as per Rule 4.05.14(2). <br />We recommend you proceed by submitting a letter on Basin letterhead <br />and include the following: <br />* a statement requesting transfer <br />* well permit number <br />* well location <br />* estimated time of completion <br />* licensed driller information <br />* signatures of both parties <br />The Division urges both parties to review Rule 4.05.14 of the <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal <br />Mining, in particular with regard to primary and secondary <br />liability.
