As of that time Bear Coal felt that the <br />coal reserves within this lease have been exhausted. Therefore, <br />please consider this letter. as an application of relinquishment of <br />this particular lease. <br />Also, in September 1995, the Bear Coal Company requested the <br />relinquishment of Coal Lease C-42481. As of ti~is crate Bear Coal has <br />no acknowledgment of the relinquishment.
